What is Tasked?
TASKed is a local personal assistant, errands and courier service.

Do you have a physical office location?
No. We are a virtual and home-based company centrally located in New Providence, Bahamas.

I live on the Family Island, can I still hire you?
Yes. We ship to the Family Islands via the mailboat - free with the purchase of any service, or to the airline of your choice (for a small fee). *If you choose to have your items shipped by plane; when you are booking add the Airport Fee to your cart under the Pick-up & Delivery Service.

What all services do you offer?
We offer a range of services included but not limited to:

Who is this service for?
Our company aims to serve busy individuals and businesses with completing the menial, repetitive tasks that can be easily outsourced. We strive to offer our clients convenience and value by freeing up time in their day and making products available to them by performing and handling the logistics and shipping.

Do you offer a monthly or custom subscription service?
We do! We have several monthly plans based on the amount of tasks, deliveries and hours you need per month. If you are interested in making us your go-to errands and delivery service please reach out to us for a consultation and custom quote.

How do you book a service?
If you know what service you would like, you can book directly through our website and checkout with Paypal. In the notes section add the date and time you’d like the service done along with your to-do list and any additional requests you’d like us to note.

Do I have to pay in advance?
No, it is not mandatory to pay in advance. We usually collect payment upon completion of the service when clients book via social media. However, if you know the package you want to book or how many hours you need our services then go ahead and book us online beforehand.

What all payment methods do you accept?
We offer a number of payment options that include:

How do I confirm that my order is being fulfilled?
After booking a service, a TASKed representative will reach out via Call or Whatsapp to confirm the tasks to be done and by giving visual updates (pictures and videos of receipts or invoices) as each task or errand is completed.

Are there any gift certificates?
Yes, we offer gift certificates for purchase starting at $25.00. You can order them by filling out our contact form with the subject Gift Certificate.
